Before you send your message

PostOffices.co.nz is an independent directory of post office opening hours. We are not NZ Post, nor any official postal service, and we have no access to your items.

What we handle

  • A mistake on a page of our site: opening hours, address, services, a closure.
  • A comment about the site itself.

What we do not handle

Any question about a letter, a parcel, tracking, a delivery, a claim, a proxy or an appointment. We will not answer it and will not pass it on to NZ Post.

For that, contact NZ Post: nzpost.co.nz
